ABOUT

Wendy Peng is a multidisciplinary art director and designer working across design systems, brand, and complex information.

Her background in artist books and exhibitions with Southern California museums and galleries shaped her approach to typography, pacing, storytelling, and designing for different audiences. Corporate experience expanded that foundation into product development, marketing, UX, and large-scale communication systems.

She works across art direction, editorial and publication design, visual systems, product and information design, and print and digital production. Her approach is grounded in understanding the audience, content, constraints, and people involved before developing a visual framework that makes the work clearer, more useful, and practical to produce.

She is particularly interested in the space between strategy and execution: defining how something should work, finding patterns in complex information, and designing the details that make an idea real.

Her work includes publications, exhibitions, educational materials, brand and marketing systems, and digital experiences for museums, publishers, education, healthcare, and cultural organizations.
